#What this changes
From codician-team/diffinery#4: "the MCP tools don't return web links to what they create." MCP results now carry
html_url, the page on the web, for:create_branch(the tree)commit_files(the commit)create_issue,update_issue,get_issueandlist_issuesitemscreate_pull_request,get_pull_requestandlist_pull_requestsitemscomment(/issues/N#c-<id>, which also redirects for pull requests)list_workflow_runsruns,get_workflow_runand each of its jobsdispatch_workflow,rerun_workflowandrerun_jobReleases and imports already had one. The Results section of the MCP docs lists them.
#How it was tested
html_urlon commit_files, create_pull_request, comment, list_workflow_runs and get_workflow_run's jobs. It also fetches the comment and job pages and expects a 200. It passes locally.#Checklist
