After #320 the Screenshots grid sat right under the hero image, so the top of the README showed two rounds of screenshots before it said what Diffinery is, and the 2×2 agent grid shrank each shot to thumbnails.

New order:

  1. Title, badges, links, one hero image, intro, Contents
  2. Who Diffinery is for, Why Diffinery
  3. Screenshots: the forge and CI (repository, workflow run, dark job log), with a pointer to the agent screenshots just below
  4. Built for AI coding agents: each full-size agent screenshot sits in the subsection it illustrates (agent tasks, agent review, Today, merge on green)
  5. Plugins and integrations, Features, and the rest unchanged

README only; no code changes.
