Mirror script: remake a GitHub release that another account made #310
The GitHub v0.1.0 release was made by hand with a personal login, so GitHub shows a person as its author. The mirror's release step now remakes a mirrored release that another account made.
It asks GitHub who the mirror token belongs to (GET /user). If the release for a mirrored tag has a different author, it deletes that release and creates it again with the token, keeping the tag, name, notes and prerelease flag. The tag itself isn't touched.
Tokens that can't read /user (GitHub App tokens) skip the check, so nothing changes for them.
Neither release has assets, so nothing is lost.
Tested: against a mock GitHub API with the real v0.1.0 notes from Diffinery. The first run deleted the copy cnbrkdmrci made and created it again; the second run made no change. No workflow changes.
