Thank you for the side-by-side test; it made these easy to pin down. All four points (and the two smaller ones) are fixed and live on diffinery.com. The details are in #4, where we listed each fix with its commit. In short: gh issue works over GraphQL, run, job and workflow ids are numbers so gh run and gh workflow work, a job's own token can use gh with its permissions:, and imported merged pull requests show their commits and files.
We're looking forward to your retest. Closing this one in favour of #4, but please reopen or file a new issue if any of the 15 still fail.
