Thanks again for such a precise report (and the rerunnable bench!). Everything on your list is fixed and live on diffinery.com:

  1. Issues over GraphQL: gh issue list, view, create, comment, edit, close, reopen, status and list --search/--label/--assignee/--author now work (af1b463). /api/v3/meta also reports a GHES version, so gh's "malformed version" errors are gone.
  2. CI runs: run, job, workflow and check suite ids are numbers now (d5dd95b), so gh run list/view/watch/rerun/cancel, gh run view --log (per step) and gh workflow list/view/run work. The old hex ids are still accepted.
  3. gh inside Diffinery CI: the job's GITHUB_TOKEN can use GraphQL with the same permissions: as over REST (af1b463).
  4. Import: merged pull requests keep their commits and files, counted from where the base was when they merged (1fbe410). This applies to existing imports too.

And the two small ones: /compare/main~1...main and other ~N/^N refs work (1fbe410), and MCP results now carry html_url links (9c2039a).
