Serve diffinery-ci 0.2.1: it notices pushes written with git options
diffinery-ci 0.2.1 (codician/diffinery-plugins#7) treats `git -c key=value ... push`, `git --no-pager push` and the like as a push, so a session that pushes that way still hears when its CI settles. Packed with that repository's scripts/pack.py; the CI status in Claude page names the new version.
