E2E: the security suite gets its own shard (#83)

The security suite grew to 32 tests (161 s locally), and on Diffinery the shard
it shared with passkeys, registry and email took 544 s of tests, making the
end-to-end workflow the longest part of a main sync (693 s, while CI, Deploy
and the live test took 422 s). It now runs in a fourth shard.
